EGGDJ / FIND YOUR CUSTOMERS
Put your website to work Help the right customers find you
Start with a customer’s problem. Connect useful content, discovery and a clear enquiry path in six practical steps.
Talk about your needs↗Start with one customer
Describe who they are, the problem they face and when they need help. Explain one service clearly before expanding.
Use the words customers use
Use real enquiries, call notes and recurring questions. Separate problem-solving, comparisons and quotation needs so each page answers one main question.
Give each service a clear page
Lead with the service, audience and area covered. Explain the approach, process, scope and next step. Use specific titles, scannable sections and a comfortable mobile layout.
Build confidence before contact
Show authorised real case studies, your process, company identity and useful answers. Explain how pricing is confirmed, who follows up and what information helps an assessment.
Share where customers already are
Check that search engines can read important service pages and review indexing in Search Console. Link relevant social posts, email signatures, QR codes and partner introductions to the matching service page. Eligible local businesses can maintain a Google Business Profile.
Improve using qualified enquiries
Use Search Console for Google Search impressions and clicks, and GA4 for measured acquisition, devices and interactions. Compare mobile and desktop over the same dates with the same metrics, then reconcile actual qualified enquiries.
YOUR NEXT FOUR WEEKS
One useful improvement each week
- Week 1: define one audience and five recurring questions
- Week 2: improve one service page and its mobile enquiry path
- Week 3: share relevant links and check measurement
- Week 4: review qualified enquiries and choose the next improvement
This is a working rhythm, not a promise of results in four weeks. Indexing, rankings and enquiry outcomes depend on many factors.
